Swing rotation in cutting
When using a rotating laser tube for cutting, the laser tube tends to swing when rotating, causing the center point to shift, which in turn causes cutting errors
This is a imprtant point when you choose CNC laser tube cutting machine or plasma cutting machine, often due to the following points
- Mechanical structure problems: The mechanical structure of the cutting machine may be loose, deformed or worn, causing the tube to oscillate as it rotates.
- Problems with the clamping system: The clamping system may not be able to hold the tube securely, causing the tube to wobble as it rotates.
- Swivel Shaft or Bearing Failure: The swivel shaft or bearing may be worn, defective, or malfunctioning, causing the tube to rotate erratically.
- Sensor Calibration Problems: If the cutter uses a sensor to control position or attitude, the sensor may be inaccurately calibrated or the sensor itself may be faulty.
- Improperly Set Motion Parameters: Parameters such as RPM, acceleration, etc. may need to be adjusted to ensure smooth rotary motion.
- External interference: External factors such as wind, vibration, etc. may cause the pipe to oscillate during rotation.
- Uneven material: There may be unevenness or internal stresses in the pipe material that cause instability during rotation.
- Lack of auxiliary support: Steel pipe ends do not have sufficient auxiliary support to maintain stability during rotation.
- This problem is particularly acute in H-beam and channel cutting. Conventional Cutting
Usually we will add sets of pneumatic support, but as huge machines in the market, we design and produce servo lifting system, you can add sets one time.
