What we build
Four product families cover the path from raw steel to a welded structure. Many customers start with one machine and add the next as their work grows.
Beam and section cutting
How a project runs
- Your partsYou send drawings, sizes and materials. We look at the work before we talk about machines.
- Test cutWe cut or weld a sample of your part in Jinan and send photos, video or the part itself.
- ProposalMachine configuration, layout and foundation drawing, and a clear list of what is included.
- Build and checkThe machine is built and run in our factory before it ships. You can inspect it here or by video.
- Install and trainInstallation, operator training and lifetime support, on site or online.
Quality and certification
Machines are built to CE requirements, and our laser products are registered with the US FDA. Production follows ISO-based quality procedures, from the welded frames, which are stress-relieved before machining, to final test cuts on every machine. The company holds more than 150 patents and certificates.
Engineering and software
We reinvest more than 10% of revenue in development. Most of that work is about getting parts out of a drawing and onto the machine without retyping anything: DSTV import from Tekla Structures for beam lines, nesting software for HVAC ductwork, cutting logic for 6-axis robotic H-beam coping and 5-axis bevel heads, and seam extraction from CAD and Tekla models for teaching-free welding.
Laser sources come from Maxphotonics as standard, with Raycus or IPG on request, and plasma lines run Hypertherm or domestic power sources depending on the job.
After the machine arrives
Every machine carries a 3-year warranty, with 2 years on the laser source. Our engineers install machines in customer plants abroad and train operators on site; after that, support runs online around the clock.
Spare parts are shipped from Jinan, and maintenance support covers the whole life of the machine, not only the warranty period.
