6 axis fast robot

We use a 6-axis robot arm (waist, large arm, small arm, arm rotation, wrist, wrist rotation) which has the advantages of a 6-axis robot arm metal robot arm used in full desktop education, with high quality bottom joints and all-steel bearings for stable operation.

The robot arm includes 4 MG966R dual bearing metal gear servos and 2 MG90S metal gear servos. The arm joints are all connected by bearings.

Beam and pipe feeding system

Pneumatic tightening pipe and beam, servo motor drive system, greatly improve the accuracy of beam feeding.

It is also equipped with red light positioning system, which effectively ensures the cutting accuracy.
Adopting pipe welding table, the cutting platform can carry heavy pipes.
