CNC plasma gas pipe bevel cutting machine

PCL manufactures CNC plasma pipe cutting machines that are built for high speed and precision. Our CNC pipe cutting machines can be used to cut pipes from 30mm to 1200mm in diameter. The lengths are from 6 to 12 meters.
Each CNC pipe plasma gas cutter can be equipped with plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting or both.

The pipe cutter can be equipped with a choice of 3-8 axis movement systems to meet different cutting needs, for a pipe cutter, please contact us.

Pipe Plasma Cutting Machine FAQ

What pipe shapes can be processed with this machine?
Our CNC pipe plasma machines are designed for round pipes as standard. However, our H-Series and structural steel models can also handle square tubes, rectangular tubes, H-beams, and channel steel with precision.
What is the maximum wall thickness it can cut?
For Plasma cutting, the thickness range is typically 0-40mm depending on the power source (e.g., Hypertherm or LGK). For thicker materials up to 200mm, we integrate an Oxy-fuel (Flame) cutting torch.
Does it support 3D beveling for welding preparation?
Yes. Our multi-axis machines support 3D beveling (±45°). This allows for complex intersection profiles like saddle cuts and miter joints, which are essential for high-quality welding in pressure vessels and steel structures.
Is the machine compatible with Tekla or AutoCAD?
Absolutely. The control system supports the direct import of 3D design files (IGES, DXF, SAT, STL). This ensures a seamless workflow from Tekla Structures or AutoCAD to the production line.
What is the lead time and after-sales support?
Standard machines typically have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including remote technical assistance, on-site installation, and operator training to ensure your team is fully proficient.
