How to avoid these errors in laser cutting and plasma cutting
1: The continuity of the lines, confirm the continuity of design&no breaks in the cutting line, if there are breaks, the equipment will stop cutting work at the breaking point, then restart the second lines cutting. Because the equipment is cut strictly according to the drawings you draw.
2: pre-drilling setting, try to set it on the cutting waste. every cutting machine will pre-drill before cutting, No matter laser or plasma cutting, and for some thick metal, usually the pre-drilling is not perfect, so we can set it on the cutting waste and set a lead-line.
