The PCL Robotic Welding Series is a turnkey automated solution engineered for high-precision manufacturing. By integrating industrial robotic arms with industry-leading welding power sources, we help factories achieve consistent weld bead quality and significantly higher duty cycles compared to manual operations.

Our systems are optimized for both MIG and TIG processes, delivering clean, spatter-free results on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.

Intelligent 2-Axis Rotation System

For complex 3D workpieces, a stationary workbench is often insufficient. Our Robotic Rotation System (Positioner) synchronizes with the arm's spatial movements. This allows the torch to maintain a constant "downhand" welding angle, ensuring deep penetration and uniform heat distribution on every joint.

Precision Arc Control & Integration

The welding cell is enclosed in a high-safety housing with arc-protection screens. The system includes advanced features like Crater Filling and Weaving Patterns, adjustable via the teach pendant. This level of control eliminates common defects like undercut or insufficient fusion, providing a "weld-ready" finish that requires zero secondary grinding.
